GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Sept. 24 hearing has been scheduled in the Josh Jacobs case, to start addressing the victim’s request to have video evidence in the case sealed.
The Green Bay Packers running back was convicted of misdemeanor battery and criminal damage to property for the May 23 altercation with his then-girlfriend at his Hobart home.
The attorney for his ex-girlfriend filed a motion in the case, seeking to have the video evidence sealed. The NFL and media outlets have requested copies of the video.
The hearing is listed as a status conference, and is expected to address scheduling issues.
