OCONTO, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The Oconto Unified School District will ask voters for an additional $900,000 per year for five years, the school board decided on Monday.
The question will be on the Nov. 3 ballot.
The amount is less than the $1.2 million annually that voters rejected in April.
An additional funding of $800,000 for five years expired at the end of the 2025-26 academic year.
Several other area school districts are also planning operating revenues for November, including Green Bay, West De Pere, and Southern Door.
