ASHWUABENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Monday was a red letter day for a well known area builder. Miron Construction officially opened its new office in the Titletown development..
The TitletownOffice, located along Lombardi Ave and Marlee Lane, is a seven-story tower on the west end of Titletown that has five levels of office space.
Miron utilizes nearly 23,000 square feet of the third floor.
John Murphy, the Senior Vice President of Green Bay operations for Miron Construction, tells FOX 11 about 20 employees are currently at the this location, but total growth could reach around 45.
“In the past, we’ve been at several temporary locations, job trailers. And now, we’re bringing our whole team back to the area.”
Murphy says no offices were closed with the new office opening, and employees coming into the office will enjoy the convenience.
“Some of them were regionally in this area, some were in the Neenah location and other locations, it made sense. They live in the area, therefore they would like to work in the area as well.”
Packers President Mark Murphy was also at the ceremony, saying the new office strengthens the relationship between the Packers and Miron.
“They’ve been a great partner with us. They’ve done a ton of work at Lambeau Field and other parts of Titletown. To now have a permanent presence in Green Bay, really means a lot.”
The fourth and fifth floors will be complete by December, but Murphy adds finding tenants to fill them was easy.
“Once people see the space here, it’s so unique. The views you have of Lambeau Field, the Bay, it really speaks for itself.”
No word or announcements on who the tenants are on the fourth and fifth floors.
