GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The suspect in a shooting near Seymour Park was ordered Wednesday to stand trial.
Muhammed Hoskins faces seven counts, including attempted first-degree intentional homicide for the May 22 incident.
After testimony at a preliminary hearing, Hoskins was ordered to stand trial. Arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 14.
Police were called to South Oakland Ave. near Seymour Park around 11 p.m. for a report of a shooting. During the incident one individual was shot in the leg and sustained a serious injury resulting in his hospitalization.
According to the criminal complaint, Hoskins’ brother was involved in a fight. Hoskins arrived at the scene, and shot a man in the leg, witnesses told police.
However, in an interview with police, Hoskins denied any involvement in the shooting, the complaint states.
