(LEARFIELD) – The Milwaukee Brewers scored three runs to jump out on top and never trailed in Tuesday night’s 8-3 win over San Francisco at American Family Field in Milwaukee.
Jake Bauers three-run homer gave starter and winner Kyle Harrison an early lead.
Harrison who struck out 12 talked about his outing.
He also discussed facing a team that he once pitched for.
Brewers manager Pat Murphy talked about what Harrison has done for the team so far.
Milwaukee answered an eighth-inning rally by the Giants that made it a one-run game by scoring four times in the bottom of the same inning.
Murphy talked about that 4-run rally.
The Brewers will start rookie Coleman Crow tonight. The Giants will counter with Logan Webb who is 2-4 with a 4.82 ERA.
The Brewers have won seven of their last eight games.
