Bradley D. Hounsell (Winnebago Co. Jail)
OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — 44-year-old Bradley Hounsell of Oshkosh will spend 13 years in prison and be followed for 7 years on supervised release for coercing and enticing a 13-year-old girl in the Philippines to create child pornography.
According to court document, Hounsell used social media to pay someone in the Philippines for explicit images and videos of children. In November 2023, that person told Hounsell she had access to the teen.
Hounsell then asked to have the teen pose in sexually suggestive positions and offered to pay for a video of the individual penetrating the teen’s genitals. Hounsell then received a video of an adult sexually abusing a child. He continued to offer to pay for more images and videos depicting child sexual exploitation.
Police recovered the original video and additional evidence from Hounsell’s phone. Hounsell worked as a correctional officer before his arrest.
