(WTAQ-WLUK) — A Manitowoc County man has been indicted in federal court for allegedly transporting two separate minors across state lines with the “intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.”
Prosecutors say Michael J. Kornely, 75, also used a computer in an attempt to “persuade, induce, and entice” a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity.
If convicted, the Francis Creek man would be sentenced to a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of life in prison for each of the three counts.
