APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Appleton police are investigating a Wednesday evening armed robbery that happened just before 8 P.M.
Police say it happened in the 3300 block of E. Calumet St. at the AT&T store.
Employees say a man entered the store showing a weapon and left the store with several items.
No customers were in the store at the time of the robbery.
Employees describe the person who robbed the store as a black man at around 5’10 between 160 to 180 lbs.
The suspect was also described wearing a blue and white windbreaker style jacket and jeans with a blue mask covering his face.
Police are still looking for the suspect.
No one was injured.
